VVDI2 Failure to access security Error Tips

VVDI2 OBD read MED17/EDC17 PIN / CS / MAC, calculate OBD data online, calculate EEPROM / FLASH for PIN/MAC/CS,needs to open separately.And we received on feedback that got the error,just like following pic:

Failure to access security! Shut down and try again.

Tips:

Maybe the box is protected, you have to take it out and read it.
