Make sure VVDI Mini is connected to Wi-Fi/ hotspot.
Remote controls marked with “Online” requires network connection.
*to generate controls marked with “Cloud”, users need Key Tool Max (PRO)/ VVDI2

If the tool is already network-connected, make sure battery is brand new.
