Just cut a spare HON66 blade key for a Honda Jazz using the Xhorse Key Cutting Machine, the Xhorse Condor XC-Mini Plus 2. The process was smooth, fast, and highly accurate — an ideal tool setup for duplicating Honda keys.
Step 1: Machine Setup
- Go to: Car Key → Asia → Honda → Jazz
- Select HON66 blade profile
- Use 1.05 mm cutting depth (safe starting point)

Step 2: Clamping & Decoding
- The Condor II machine prompted M5A clamp tip align, so I used the ‘A’ side clamp.
- Tap “Decode Key” → Learn Key Success!
- Decoded pattern matched perfectly

Step 3: Cutting the Blank
- Insert blank key using same setup
- Press Start Cutting → cut both sides
- Brush off swarf between sides for clean contact

Step 4: Final Test
Cuts were clean, depth was perfect, and it worked smoothly in ignition.

Result:
The Xhorse Condor Mini Plus II handled the HON66 job flawlessly — fast, accurate, and foolproof.
