I previously read a GM Delco E78 ECU using KT200II, but the read file couldn’t be opened for editing, so I decided to try Xhorse Multi-Prog instead. However, I’m having trouble reading the Delco E78 ECU with Multi Prog. Has anyone encountered the same issue or found a solution?
Tips for Reading GM Delco E78 ECM with Multi Prog:
An active internet connection is required because the password is calculated through the Xhorse server after entering BENCH mode.
With Delco ECUs, the login process may sometimes fail even after the connection to the ECU has been established.
Make sure your laptop is connected to the internet, and do not connect any other devices during this process.
