VVDI Key Tool Plus Key Programming “The resource file is missing” Solution

Q:

Using Xhorse VVDI Key Tool Plus. When key programming comes to “Automatically diagnose models”, also it can not support normal key function for Benz BR454 2004-2006 Smart Key, it prompts “The resource file is missing, please go to the Update Center to download database again”.

Here Xhorsevvdi technical support gave the

Solution:

On the homepage, select “Update”.

Find “IMMO database”.

Click on the blue “i” to update

If the current version is already the latest one,

You may need to restore factory settings, and

Re-install software you need.
