Solved! Dolphin XP008 Cutting Plate Stop when Touching Key Blank

One customer gave feedback that his Dolphin XP008 won’t cut his keys. The cutting plate will immediately stop rotating once it touched key blank.

Reason:

XP008 is tightened by the spring.

The blank is too thick and blank touches cutting plate too quickly.

Solution:

Slightly loosen two screws, confirm machine move normally, and tighten them.
