How to Solve VVDI Key Tool Plus “Program EP failed”?

One customer gave feedback that Key Tool Plus Pad will give this “Program EP failed” error when generating a XEKF20EN Super Remote. Other Super Remotes is working well, and only on this it keeps saying this.

Solution:

Update Key Tool Plus firmware to the latest version which will be available this week.
