1. Battery Cell Measurement
Steps:

  1. Locate the 3.3V test point on the board
  2. Remove the protective coating if necessary
  3. Use a multimeter to measure the voltage

Result:

  • ≈ 3.3V → Battery cell is GOOD ✅
  • Low or no voltage → Battery cell is BAD ❌

2. BMS (Battery Management System) Measurement

2.1 Method A (Back Cover Removed)
Steps:

  1. Turn ON the power switch (PWR ON)
  2. Locate the 5V test point
  3. Remove coating if required
  4. Measure voltage using a multimeter

Result:

  • ≈ 5V → BMS is GOOD✅
  • No or abnormal voltage → BMS issue❌

2.2 Method B (Without Removing Back Cover)
Steps:

  1. Short-circuit the PWR ON point as shown in the diagram
  2. Measure voltage between:
  3. a (GND) and c (5V)
  4. Check the reading

Result:

  • ≈ 5V → BMS is GOOD✅
  • No voltage → BMS may be faulty❌
