1. Click “Cancel”, go to “Update”, download “Database”again
2. Click “Cancel”, delete app and install again.
Generally, the above 2 ways will work.
If error remains (like this customer), our tech needs a screenshot of update center and phone model.
Finally, our tech send an apk installation package to this customer. After he installs it, app works fine.
