How to Solve VVDI Prog “chip needs to be cracked” problem?

VVDI Prog V4.6.9 software is used to fix a 2007 Audi Q5 J518 module. And checked connection diagram,follow your instructions to solder the MC9S12 cable to the board. When I try and use the software, it seems to connect with the MCU but than at the end it states “chip needs to be cracked.” What does this mean? And how do I accomplish this?

And another similar problem is after read,it shows “Chip is crypt,this operation needs to decrypt”
