How to Solve VVDI2 BMW “unable to disable security” Error?

VVDI2 BMW Can support CAS1-CAS3 via OBD way.And when use vvdi2 do 2010 bmw 328i CAS3+ to add new key,but got error message:”unable to disable security”.How to solve it?

We can see from the pic that,some via OBD,some via eeprom way

Firstly,you need confirm your IMMO type,if it is CAS4,or EWS,it can not support via OBD,it will fail if use OBD.You need use vvdi prog or other tool to read eeprom dump file,then use VVDI2 add new key.

If CAS1-CAS3,still get the error message via OBD,please try eeprom way.
