Some users may see the message “Update failed, please retry! error=20_58” during a firmware update on the VVDI Key Tool Plus Pad. This usually happens for two reasons:
1.Device connection issue
The pad is not connected properly to the network or server.
2.Server busy
The Xhorse server is overloaded—common during peak update times.
How to Fix It?
Check your connection
- Ensure WiFi is stable
- Restart the device
- Avoid VPN or restricted networks
Try again later
- Sometimes the server is simply busy.
If the issue continues
The device may have an internal fault. In this case, send it to the Xhorse factory or an authorized service center for repair.
