Why VVDI MB BGA Tool 3.3V pin is missing?

VVDI MB BGA Tool is on sale with mini key tool now,and on the VVDI MB Tool outlook,it has the pins.Some customer gave feedback that

why is the 3.3v pin missing and the others are there when i look on the internet the 12v and 5v pin is absent and the 3.3v is there

The reason is:

It is specially cut off because some customers accidentally shorted the power PIN,then it caused the device dead.

If it is without,please do not worry,it will not influence the usage.If with,please do not short connect the power PIN.
