We received one feedback about VVDI2 BMW Program BMW X5 2007. Here is the info about the problem and engineer suggestion.
Question:
It is X5 2007 year, it is CAS 3 0L15Y
i read data by programmer and need just do adding key
ISN is on file from ECU
i have ISG from EGS Unit and can not do key by VVDI2, even in manual is these options
But why the software does that like the following error
“Attention: This type only support add key, not support all key lost! Put original key into device coil before continue”
Engineer reply:
If the previous error pic, means you need use use vvdi bmw tool. Most it is US BMW X5 model, needs to use VVDI BIMTOOL Pro or VVDI BMW. If not US BMW X5 model still get the error, also needs to use VVDI BMW.
