VVDI PROG Read MCU MC9S12XEQ384 Device Error Solution

One customer gave feedback that VVDI PROG V5.3.7 would not let him read mcu mc9s12xeq384. And the tool showed ‘Device error. please check whether the chip connection have a short circuit. if connection is right connect 12V adapter and try again’. He tried many times but still the same error.

Here is the Solution:

Solder cable to chip by diagrams on VVDI PROG Software.

*Find PIN1 first and then solder cable
