Solved! VVDI Multi Prog No Connection in Device Manager

One customer asked if he needed to plug 15v adapter in order to power on VVDI Multi Prog. It starts when I plug the 12v adapter, but I don’t see it in device manager, and I cannot use it..

Here is the answer:

For Multi Prog, power adapter and USB cable are separate.

Insert both cables before installing Multi Prog software.
