Quick Question:

My VVDI Multi Prog keeps losing the USB connection even during the update and then regains it again and again. I tried ports and cables on other computers and it’s still the same.

Try the ways below,

1)Change to another USB port

2)User another power adapter

3)Make sure power adapter is connected to a 3-pin socket

Then your Multi Prog should connect to PC.
