One customer wondered if the battery of his Xhorse Dolphin XP005 is broken. When he rebooted machine, it kept showing out of charge and “BIOS”. He had updated firmware without problems.
Here is how to solve it:
Charge machine for overnight, Update firmware to the latest version, unplug charging cable, and cut one key blade.
And XP005 Machine gave error code 39 and 49.
This is a firmware issue.
Connect phone to machine, and update firmware again by hotspot.
