How to Solve Multi Prog “Error Code: 1, Error address: 2”?

Question:

Can’t update Multi Prog Software, it keeps showing “Error Code:1, Error address: 2”, how to fix this error? Is there a new version available?

Switch software language to English, and update database.

(Path: Update Online>> Database upgrade)

To update software, online update on software
