How to Solve Dolphin XP-005L Error Code 80 & 84?

Xhorse Dolphin XP-005L get the error like following pics:

1. Error code 84, Z axis step motor initialize exception

Hi does anyone know what these mean ? Machine stopped working

Engineer suggestion:

please update firmware again,then check.

But after 5 times update,still the same error.
