Problem:

When using Xhorse VVDI Key Tool Max Pro to generate a 4D chip with an XM38 Universal Smart Key, you may get the error “Chip conversion failed.”

Solution

Please use a VVDI Super Remote to generate the remote instead.

Note: XM38 Universal Smart Key is generally used for 4D remote option generation. If chip conversion fails, switching to VVDI Super Remote is recommended.
