When I try to upgrade my Xhorse VVDI MINI OBD Tool software to the latest version, it says the upgrade failed. What should I do?
Answer from Xhorsevvdi.com Engineer:
1. For versions below 1.5.0, return the device for repair.
2. For versions 1.5.0 and above, replace the battery. If the replacement fails, return the device for repair.
However, current feedback suggests that most issues with versions above 1.5.0 can be resolved with a battery replacement.
