Problem:
An error occurred when launching the VVDI Prog software. After reinstalling the driver, the issue seemed to be resolved. However, during the update process, it shows a message saying it cannot connect to the server. When using the Xhorse Upgrade Kit, the software fails to detect the VVDI Prog device upon startup. I’ve already tried changing the network and reinstalling the driver, but the problem still persists.
Solution from XhorseVVDI.com‘s Engineer:
VVDI PROG does not require an upgrade. Just install the new version of the software.
