When i try to program key for BMW X5 F15 with Xhorse VVDI Key Tool Plus, the device shows an error “This version doesn’t support unlocking FEM/BDC, please program FEM/BDC with [Upgrade programming FEM/BDC system] function!”, how can i do?

You need to update FEM/BDC, the key tool plus has an update function. Follow the instructions and after the update, you will be able to make the key.
The main thing is that the battery is connected to the charger.
