How to solve VVDI2 and XT57B “Attenton: This type require XT27B chip, not support XT27A chip!” error

Xhorse XT57B chip can support ID48, ID49 (PCF7939V/PCF7939F), and previous old type XT27A not support. And we received feedback that when use Xhorse XT57B with VVDI2 get error not detect, what is the problem?

We order super chip x57b and vvdi2 not detect chip what is wrong ?

I need prepare x57b to mqb48 on mesege program is x27a not support x27b is support . But if i give to programer x57b come error no superchip found
