I ran into an issue while updating my Xhorse Multi Prog programmer. It showed a message saying that the current firmware version is lower than the minimum supported version V1.4.9.
I tried updating the firmware several times, but the update failed each time. Has anyone experienced the same problem or found a working solution?
Solution:
Perform a forced firmware update.
Press and hold the RST button, then power on the device. Keep holding the button for about 5 seconds after powering on.
Release the RST button and check whether the device enters firmware upgrade mode.
