Recently, some Xhorse VVDI2 users reported problems after updating their software to version 7.5.0. The most common issue was that the device would not connect, even though the firmware was up to date and the Update Tool Kit could detect the device.
Reported Problems with VVDI2 V7.5.0
1. After updating to V7.5.0, VVDI2 failed to connect to the unit.
2. Some users noticed that although the Update Tool Kit could read the device and firmware was updated, the main VVDI2 software showed “Device not found”.
3. The installer still displayed V7.3.7, even after installing 7.5.0, and reinstallation attempts did not fix the issue.
4. Regardless of which brand or section was selected, the software could not detect the device.
This was confirmed to be a bug in VVDI2 V7.5.0.

Steps to update:
- Delete any old VVDI2 7.x.x installer software from your computer.
- Download the new V7.5.1 loader software from the official source.
- Install the new loader.
- Open Xhorse Upgrade Tool Kit and update your device firmware again.
