Xhorse VVDI2 error “Can’t find VVDI2 configuration file” solution

While trying to use Xhorse VVDI2 to read isn from msv80, get error “Can’t find VVDI2 configuration file! Please download and install VVDI2 configuration file, and run program with administrator!”
