Q: Dolphin XP007 didn’t work when the battery was coming out of charge. I plug it in, and it lights on but seems its motor still didn’t move. Is it a battery issue?

From pictures and videos, the battery is good but main axis’ motor didn’t work. The possible reason is broken belt.
Solution:
Replace its belt. (Spare belts are included in package)
Detailed procedure:
1)Remove micro-adjuster knob and pre-positioning knob
2)Unscrew 4 screws in the protection cover and remove it.
Remove 4 screws in the motor cover and 4 screws in the side cover.
Lower main handle and then take out side cover.
Restore main handle and then take out motor cover. (Watch cables connected to motor cover)
Replace the belt and restore XP007 Key Cutting Machine.
