Why VVDI Key Tool Max Pro Generate Remote No Points?

One customer gave feedback that he did not get any points after generating 5 Xhorse Remotes using Key Tool Max Pro.

2.Identify Remote

Check if other 5 remotes are Wire Keys, because there is a server issue about points of wire key, and points will be returned this week.
