VVDI BGA tool W209 password fails online, how to do?

What would one need to do if the Data Acquisition keeps failing to pull password on line

I tries OBD and IR with same results…Failed to find password please retry

Here I show the screen

Possible Reasons and Solutions:

1. Please data acquisition again then upload the new dump to server calculate.
2. Please use the button auto refresh next time.
3. Look your power supply, i have some problems with that but was because the power supply was set with low amps.
