Solved! VVDI PROG Read CAS4 1L15Y with Adapter “Chip crack failure”

Question:

Xhorse VVDI PROG read Cas4-1L15Y, read id it’s OK but when try read eeprom always “Chip crack failure…” so finally try to read with MC9S12 cable, I had to remove capacitor, and it worked. So then tried again with CAS4 Adapter without capacitor always get same error.

Here is the Solution:

Set VPP voltage as 3.3V, and VCC to 5V, and try again.
