Solved! Multi Prog Read Different Data from D70F3426 VW Cluster

Question:

D70F3426 VW cluster. Read 3 times all 3 reads are different. Does anyone know why? Faulty VVDI Multi Prog ECU Programmer? Wrong Soldering? Put the eeprom back on? This cluster is new would be nice to have virgin files.

Here is the Answer:

It is normal, MQB48 cluster is encrypted so every time power the cluster it will change.

Just try decode immo data in VVDI2, always the same result from different dumps

It’s Multi Prog that encrypts the reads.

It’s a security protection measure.

*Remember to remove and read EEPROM, then we could have the full immo data file
