Multi-Prog/ VVDI PROG Possible to Read Renesas V850 D70F3632?

Is it possible for Multi Prog or VVDI PROG to read Renesas V850 D70F3632? My vvdi prog won’t let me read this and keeps showing “Try Frequency failed(00)”.
