How to Solve Xhorse VVDI Key Tool Plus not responding Issue?

Question from Customer: My Xhorse key tool plus pad can’t work anymore, all function selected was not responding.

Solution:

The problem was settled after a factory reset and update via Hotspot.

Xhorse VVDI Key Tool Plus to Factory Setting  Reset Tutorial below:

Step 1. Go to restore factory setting.

Home button >> System >> Reset Options

Step 2.Update software via mobile’s hotspot.
Go to “Settings”to change WIFI to connect with a mobile’s hotspot.
