How to solve Xhorse VVDI2 Software Stopped Working?

VVDI2 and VVDI BMW Tool software recent time we received feedback that Used windows 7 and 10.32bit and 64bit,but the vvdi2 software got the error “vvdi2 has stopped working”

And vvdi bmw software don’t give an error. the window simply closes.

Suggestion:

Please delete old software,close your computer anti-virus software,firewall,then download newest vvdi2 software to install again and check.
