VVDI2 latest version is V4.0.0. And we received feedback that after update vvdi2 firmware,and then use the VVDI2,but it shows the error that “Error-Can’t find vvdi2,reconnect VVDI2 and try again” like the following pic shows:
Then we found the software and firmware version is not matched.
From the Pic,the software is V3.0.2,but the firmware is V4.0.0.
Please use xhorse updata kit software update ro newest firmware,then install V4.0.0 VVDI2 software,it will be OK.
All our Xhorse tools software and firmware please keep matched,and needs to use the newest software version.
